After a PhD in computer science from the Ecole Centrale de Paris and Lille, Youness decided to create Everysens in 2013. Youness believes that rail must be the cornerstone of the decarbonation journey in logistics. With a deep knowledge of the technology capabilities and Supply Chain evolution he decides to tackle the problem of logistics decarbonation by bringing digitalisation to the Rail Logistics Operation.
Maggie Simpson
Director General - Rail Freight Group
Maggie Simpson is Director General of the Rail Freight Group, the representative body for rail freight in the UK. Since joining in 2005 she has worked to promote growth in rail freight and to support member companies of the Group in their activities. She is also a Trustee of the Railway Benefit Fund.
Kasper Landheer
Commercial Development Officer - Viterra
Kasper Landheer is leading the implementation of a Transportation Management System for Viterra's European rail activities.
He has been overseeing rail logistics with a fleet of over 1,000 wagons since 2019, managing stakeholders, rail export coordination and asset optimization.

Thorsten Bieker holds a Master's in Chemistry and Economics, followed by a PhD in Chemistry from Gutenberg University Mainz. With extensive experience at BASF spanning various roles including Head of Export Department, Managing Director, and CEO of Rail4Chem Group, he has demonstrated leadership in logistics and procurement across global operations. His achievements include leading significant investment projects in the US, Asia and Europe, and pioneering autonomous transport initiatives at BASF.

Parking: You can park your car at Parking Belleville-Ménilmontant (30 Boulevard de Belleville, 75011 Paris). It is a 15mn walk to the office.

The Atelier des Lumières is a 15mn walk from our office. It is fairly easy to find, and our team will be here to guide you!
Parking: You can park at Parking Belleville-Ménilmontant (30 Boulevard de Belleville, 75011 Paris). It is a 15mn walk to the Atelier des Lumières. You can also take metro line at Couronnes and get off at Père Lachaise, it will take you 12mn.

He is a graduated engineer from a double curriculum at IFMA & at Cambridge University UK.
